Wrong numbers?

Check these first

• Category. The rate depends on the fee category. If the panel says Category guessed or shows a different row than your item, click change and pick the right one.
• Your account. Store level, Top Rated Plus, the promoted listings rate, sales tax and an international buyer all change the fee. Click edit in the panel to set them.
• The sale total. eBay charges its percentage on the item price plus the shipping the buyer pays plus sales tax, not on the price alone.
• What is not counted. Insertion fees after 250 listings a month, Priority and Offsite ads, below-standard surcharges, returns, refunds and currency conversion.
• The date of the rates. The panel shows the date of its fee table. If eBay changed its fees after that date, the next version of the extension brings the new table.

If the numbers still differ from eBay's own page or your invoice, write to [email protected] with the item number, the category, the numbers in the panel and what eBay charged. Please do not send screenshots of your Seller Hub with buyer names or addresses. The extension itself sends us nothing.
